[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

i am compleetly disadree that this is a business phone . it has a poor camera, poor email system. poor display ( even white balance is not proper ), poor sound quality ( no base like chine phones ), poor menus ( u cant send a mesage directlyafter typing u need to give 4 commmands ) even key pad is falce ( symbols does not come through shift like other covert key boards ) ear piece is poor ( u can hear calls hardly, sound very low even in full volume )

Hi, sir i know youir mobile that micromax, but model no GC255 is not available in bhubaneswar.so i request u how can i get that model ?if you do have any postal deal than i agree to bye that model.

This is to bring in your notice that on being impressed by the ads . in media, I have purchased one handset of micromax, X280 on 30.09.09 having IMEI/MSn/RSN No. [protected] thinking that you have launched a good sets and having good battery back up .

But I am really sorry to say that now I regret why I have purchased the set of this company.

1. Now since 25.10.09 this phone does not charge.
2. Battery back up is not even of 12 hours.
3. sometimes I dial some number and in call log it shows some other no.
4. and sometime it shows name of some other person and no. of some body else.
5. last but not least, today i.e. 27.10.09 I visited your service centre at Meerut(UP) namely M/s Daksh Tele Service, Bhudana gate, Meerut, where on checking the phone, I was informed that the charger of the phone is not working and will be replaced. I asked them to replace the same but I was shocked when they informed that they do not have any charger and will be replaced after at least seven days when I will drop the original with them. I was further socked when I saw customers / complainants were fighting with the staff at service center reg. repair of their mob. phones
6. I also contacted at Ghaziabad where also I get the same type of reply.


Now I may be informed what will i do of that phone whose charger will be replaced at least after seven days in ur service centers. Then what is the use of that phone whose service/spares can not be available in their service centers?

Do you provide such type of service to your customers?

What should I suggest to other buyers who ask me about this phone?


Now what you have to say in this regard ? what should I do of this phone when it does not charge /without proper charger for at least seven days till I get the replaced one?

Please tell me is there another way other than CONSUMER COURT???????

I am a Shop keeper I have purchased Micromax X 280 mobile phone on 04-09-09 from M/s MOVE&TALK, DELHI.
It is not working properly since 04-09-09. I am regularly talking with distributor, s sales man & Team Leader But ther is no Response
They advice me to go service Center as a customer.But Micromax Company Rule is the Defective SET is Change on Shopkeeper SHOP.. I told the distributor about the same But their is no response.
Now due to mobile phone i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Have 2 postpaid Airtel sims and tried using with Micromax Q3 but it is not detecting first sim, it says "insert sim 1". But when i tried other sim it worked in sim 1 slot.

well i bought micromax Q3 phone and m satisfied with the phone features ... well i too downloaded phone suite from micromaxinfo website and the drivers too. but the thing is m not able to connect my phone with phone suite on my PC ... can u please tell us the step by step procedure for it so that i can synchronize my phone and take a back of my phone book too ... thanks

micromax x250 is very bad phone is not good respond 2 GB memory
is not good for camera have no zoom function
video is see as stop play

I have bought new Micro max X250 from Thanvis mobile, Vijaynagar, Bangalore on 8th Nov 09 and the battery is too bad it is not even coming for a day. But the company is assuring that 20 Days and also no proper info in the web site on the service centre and help care. Please help to get it replaced/ new hand set else will go for consumer court because i know how to take leagal actions...
