[Resolved]  Micromax — MOBILE NOT WORKING

As per micromax they deal for best features handset but actually they don’t even bother after sale. WORST after sale services I have seen in my life is only by MICROMAX. I request you to all don’t use MICROMAX any HANDHELD PHONE they will just cheat and tease you.

i purchase micromax x260 mobile last month but it is not working properly network problem, automatly switch off, voice problem, memory card not working properly and duel sim not working.

Hi all,

I have purchased a Micromax handset, it’s just 8 months now the handset is giving me several types of problems as well it doesn’t shows any signal and your handset is not able to read my any SIM. So, I request you to look into the matter as I don’t want to use this product anymore and I have already spend rs700 just to make this set working fine in your showroom but now I want to escalate this topic everywhere.
I’ll update this issue worldwide through social sites and for your convenience ill also mail that link every day to you also.

As discussed with representative of Quadry communication at Raipur, problem not understand
by them hence send at their delhi office for repairing. representative saying
that repairing at HO will take another 1 month, I have just purchased the
mobile in Dec’13 & it is not workable. It is not the value for money

2 months back i.e- dated[protected].i had purchased A177 CANVAS JUICE MICROMAX MOBILE costing rupees 7300/-. IMEI NO IS-[protected], [protected].it is under warranty.
From the past 1 week it is not working properly.It is automatically getting switched off.Since last night it has not started yet.I had mailed on micromax site regarding my problem .these people till now have not even responded to my mail.i m a student .i had purchased this mobile from my salary.it will be a great loss for me if these people don't return my money or replace my mobile.i want that they should replace my product.

Hi,
I have purchase Micromax canvas doodle A111 mobile before 3 months in may 2014.
In that it not working, i go to Tirupati service center, Pimpri, Pune.
They told me that your Battery is not working and wait for 10 days for return. After 10 days go there and starts mobile.
once again mobile doesn't work. Now they are telling me to wait 25 days to repair.

Please there is lot of problem service .Please give my money back or change my handset.
I had bought new phone MICROMAX BOLT in the month of April but It will
got fault in the month of May and I had lodge complente against the same
and your janak Puri Franchise pik the phone. They will return after two
month and the condition of the phone is worst and not working and we
had lodge the complete again and they had pik again and not return till
today and they will not pik the phone and call once in a month and tell
we will provide in next month.That means we are fool to purchase your company phone.I require the same on or before 15th September in proper condition other wise I will go to Consumer court.
I have purchased MICROMAX UNITE 2 A106 only 1 month ago .But it has not working . I am already shown 3 times in micromax authorised service center but it still not working so what I do...please respond.

This is to inform that I have purchased Micromax Canvas A1 with Android One on dated 22-Oct-2014 through Amazon online, but after four month a problem was observed in On/Off Switch. I have sent this mobile in the service centre at Lakhimpur kheri in the month of April 2015 they hold the phone for a week for repairing. After one week I have visited service centre again and they handover us the phone after repairing, but 2nd day the same problem repeated again then again I went to service centre at Lakhimpur kheri on dated 13-May-2015 and they deposited for repairing the phone. Now 23 days have been passed, but we did not get our phone till yet. They are not providing us the expected time, when I shall get my phone. This shows that service centre is not sincere to provide the handset in the specified time frame. Therefore you are requested to please look into it and arrange to replace/repair the phone on priority.

Finally last month i given for service in one of your service point (Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Job sheet no:N[protected]) and i said to them very clearly this is my problem.and they kept my mobile more than 15 days with them.After 16 days i went to there and asked my my mobile.They given my mobile back without doing any service after that i checked and asked then they repaired my mobile temporarily.After that i came back to my home. and i checked and the result is when i connect charger mobile is not charging. i tried with more than 5 chargers.same problem. After that i contacted them they are not responding. What i am demanding now i want my money back or should be replace my mobile.
