[Resolved] Micromax — Touchpad is not working | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased Micromax X510 PIKE on 4th March 2011. Now the Problem is Touch pad is not working. Due to touch pad problem Mobile can not be Unlocked once it's locked automatically. The problem was found on the next day of the purchase of the mobile. I went to shop and trying to get solution, they said that contact service centre. I went to Service centre @ Kodambakkam in Chennai. Without checking my mobile the simply said that need to the Touch pad it will take 1 month time. I got confused why should I change the Touch pad without checking mobile and for new Mobile. There is no proper response to get solution for my problem. Please assist me to my problem. Dear Sir,
I have purchased Micro max X510 . Now the Problem is Touch pad is not working. i visited the nearest service center divya communications, Vijayawada, Adhara pradesh, south India and handed over the handset for repair on 19 Th October, 2011, still date it is pending. There is no proper response to get solution for my problem. Please assist me to my problem.
