Micromax Mobile — non replacement of defective battery

dear sir,

i regret to buy a micromax G4 mobile, its battery spoiled last month while mobile purchase on 18.11.2010.although under warranty period i have given this battery for replacement on 21.06.2011 at [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com but till date no responce.

Micromax Mobile — service issue

i submit my micromax mobile for a s/w issue at gurgaon service centre on 18/july/2011,
Handset details

handset have only s/w issue(java default streming setting ) , but service centre people say this is hardware issue so need this handset send to repair in hardware centre , till date i have not got any information about my handset , and also no one pick up phone calls ,
so i m very surprisied to see this type of service ,
