Micromax — mobile fault | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased Micromax A50 last year in may month. After purchasing mobile it works 3 months properly . After that I put my mobile on my back pocket . Screen goes blank and damaged. I repaired it at local sservice center . again after 4 months my screen damaged and i gave at service center so that I can get rid of this problem. Its has been only 2 week time again due to just at simple knock my mobile is damaged. Now they are not taking any kind of responsibility and telling me its physical damaged . But I think my peice is faulty from begining . Please suggest me and still 2 month is left in my warranty period. I am from Vadodara. my problem was pattern lock .We are submit phone in your service center Dated 17/02/2015. ( M/s HANS SERVICE, SCO-101, First floor, Main Market Sector - 16, Faridabad, Haryana, Pin-121002 ).
till time no any information me regarding my mobile status, Your representative give me receipt, but contact no mention in receipt is suitch off.
