Bought Q7 Mobile on 4.8.10. Under stand mobile was faulty from begining, started showing signs of trouble from day one. It's wi-fi is useless,, automatically switches off, etc.etc. A Complaint was filed at Company's site & Company's Delhi region Office at Noida within 10 days of purchase , was contacted. Mr. Rai & Mr. Manish- does't know how to handle this case.. They are buying time. Sometime they insist would replace, if we have the box container (which we did't possessed, as we have disposed the box after first day use, believing Micromax being providing trouble free set) else insist repairing the set.
How can a Company take customer for ride,,A newly launched Q7 mobile have turned faulty, & company adamant handling complaint. SHAME.
Lodged Complaint at Consumer Redressal Forum for reclaiming new phone along with costs for sufferings caused due to company's fault??
This matter is to make all aware, Cheap Company like MICROAX purchasing cheap chinese stuff & befooling consumer in India???? BEWARE ALL
