[Resolved] Micromax Q5 — Charging customer during warranty | |||
I bought Micromax Q5 in July and after 1 month noticed that its blue tooth is not working, later the phone stuck to the headphone mode and the general profile couldnt be activated, later its USB charging port came off. Now when I took the phone to their service center they said since the USB port is damaged it is charageable for all the above problems and asked me to pay Rs 700. However I did mention to them that the USB port has come out on its own and got stuck in charger provided by them and hence it is not a manual damage, however they have resorted to saying that if you need it to be repaied you will need to pay.
