[Resolved]  Micromax Q7 — my contacts are blocked and memory card read problem errors

I had purchased the micromax q7 mobile few months ago , but i am facing the problems with the phone, my contacts are blocked and it is displays the message as imie number is Invalid and I could not able to make any calls and i also have the problems of memory card reading prolems, kindly solve the problem or else replace the phone i had still my warranty period running
