1- Your customer job card first mistake affix ASC stamp with complete address not printed.
2- Closure date not written.

i received phone on date[protected] and checked on the counter that weather the problems i have in phone has been corrected or not. i found that my problems was as it is. So i spontaneously returned it back WHERE HEAD AND EMPLOYEES MISBEHAVIED WITH ME however finally they give me new customer job card no- 638595 date[protected] delivery date not given.
Then a call from no [protected] came to me on my mobile no [protected]. He told me that he calling from Lucknow and enquired about problem of my mobile. Later i found that the number belongs to milan mobile care, Sonia road, sigra, Varanasi Stamped back on customer job card.
Again their was same mistake

Coming to main problem i purchased my mobile on date[protected] as gift for my son.
(1) Within one week of purchase charger become dead.
(2) Within two week of purchase display problem has been started. Auto on /off screen.
(3) Within third week of purchase earphone mode show and not change.
(4) After two month of purchase track ball stop working downward.
During my problem period your service centre was changing. And i did not have information about your new service centre.
You can understand how much problem you have in your mobiles.

Now i want to make clear that i am not going to accept that repaired mobile set. I have returned all the accessories with it box to your service centre and i want new seal pack mobile.

To customer job card no- 638595 date[protected] even till delivery date my mobile phone is in your custody. Now i want to know that what will happen for this warranty period.
IF YOU NOT CHANGE MY MOBILE SET I WILL BOUND TO TAKE THE WAY OF CONSUMER FORUM.
FOR CHANGING MY MOBILE AND FOR COMPENSATION and you will responsible for all this.
