Micromax — Worst phone i have come across | |||
Hi purchase Micro max Q80 online it has been 10 days it does not connect to internet at time, when making a call the phone restart on it own, the software is so bad u cannot do anything, it is a brand new phone, i wanted micro max to take the phone back and provide a working android phone as a replacement, i have also purchase micro max fun-book P300 which one month back the tablet keeps on switching off automatically it will not get turned on until kept for charging the worst part is, it show 80% battery left then why it is getting switch off again and again, Micro max is making lost of money cheating the consumer, so i wanted to return both the product to micro max want my money back or a replacement with no fault reported for the product..... i spend Rs 4000 on Q80 Phone and Rs 6.500 for P300 tablet which is Rs10.500 for this cost i can get a very good product from Samsung... micro max is the worst company when it come to customer service as u have to wait for long in the queue at the service center that is at borivaly.. Please look into this i am still under warranty but do not have so much time to go to the service center and waste my time for a new product which does not work... Was this information helpful? | |||
