or microsoft CEO Mr BILL GATES should give a open statement against these kind of fraud statements telling that these kind of mails are not related to them and beware of these fraud mails etc.

Be carefull. I have once almost falled for the scam. All they want is the charges that is why you have to pay for courier services before you get the so called winnings. You have not won anything. It is a scam to get money out of you. This is going on for years already.
