[Resolved]  Microsoft Wireless Desktop 800 — USB Receiver not working

Address:Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

I purchased a microsoft wireless desktop 800 comprising of a mouse , keyboard and a usb receiver but unfortunately the receiver is not working within 4 months.
So i want a new USB receiver.
I tried talking to customer care but all in vain so please look into the matter.
