[Resolved]  Microtek Inverters — Not Charging properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Microteck inverter model No. UPSEB600,S.No 8GGANB13380 .It is not showing whether it is getting charged or not.We are facing this problem since one month, I have tried calling on the service center numbers, but nobody is responding over there.I have purchased this in last year. The inverter is in warranty period.We are facing problem due to this.Kindly send the technical person to check the fault.I shall be very thankful to you,
