[Resolved]  Microtek Ups — No baterry backup

microtek ups — poor service

they dont attend properly in customer care. i logged complain 10 days back(complain no.-35520) but not addressed till now. no proper response, just arguments. really poor poor service network, just spend money on adds.

BACK UP PROBLEM IN UPS

My Microtek UPS is showing problem. It is beeping regularily and after some time backup is gone. Customer care no given in catalog is not responding. Microtek compliant mail is also not working. what should I do now.

We bought a Microtek Ups 800 VA Double Battery 7 months before, now its having some problem like no backup, humming on EPABX etc. its Serial no. is 7 JUMNX 19094 and I am not getting the customer care no. so I can't call them directly.
So sort out my problem.

same i exprienced.the service engineer from microtek damaged my invertor first it was working and the problem was minor that it use to contineously charge not it doesnot work.

I bought a Microtek UPS 600 VA Heritage + model on 6th Jan 09. Right from the begining it's not working properly. Everytime my system getting restart in case of power cut off or a minor fluctuation. It's not giving any back-up even after charging properly.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

Mera complian no-59580 hai, mujhe ups liya one month bhi nahi hua hai aur ups me kuch na kuch problem aana start ho gaya hai.isse pahle 2004 se mine 2 ups ko bekaar ho gaya hai iska mere pass proof bhi ki maine purrane ups me complian likhwaya tya .isliye mere ko naya ups liya hua one month bhi nahi hua hai isliye ups hi change karo.
