Don't invest your money in the MIRIK HEALTH FOODS PVT LTD NEW DELHI it is the CHOR company cheated many indians people and employees. this company cheated as huge amount of deposit is the name of C&Fa and super stockiest so it is suggestion to ALL pls don't invest and nor do the JOB in this company . the THREE GUY'S RANJEET TIWARI (BIHARI), PAWAN SHARMA AND SANJEEV MITRA IS THE THIEF AND HOT CHEATER.so pls avoid these three CHOR . they recruit the well litrate person like mba etc and allot the attractive post i.e. ASM/RSM and also allot the good package . after joining they give task to appoint the C&Fa with higher amount of deposit . they greed the Minimum Sale guaruntee (MSg) to the parties and capture his money. so PLS AVOID .

Dear all citizens and fellow marketing professionals,

I worked for MIRIK HEALTHFOODS PVT. LTD, as ASM from March 10, 2011 to July 15, 2011 and possess well preserved photocopies of all Daily Call Reports, Exp.Statements, and related vouchers and the sent e-mails for the tenure. They have not given a dime for all efforts made till date, nor communicated to me a single time after sending my final account for compensation through an esteemed Courier Service.

I agree with all the complainants for their outright expression of dissent and resentment for deceitful “Target-based Salary” H.R.strategy for marketing field personnel adding misery, unemployment, depression and setback to their careers.

I am amazed with the large scale of their recruitment drive with respect to the three Divisions namely Pharmaceuticals, OTC&Cosmetics and Professional Indemnity Medical Insurance Divisions and entrapping large number of marketing personnel through “Target Based Salary” shrewd strategy since last two to three years. There is human resource allocation only for ‘Core Staff’ at Conn.Place Office of New Delhi. They play a pivotal role in its implementation and they are well paid through Company’s capital holdings and/or interest on them and on investment received so far.

Their MODE OF OPERATION through this devious strategy by driving human resource data relating to marketing personnel through intermediary recruitment HR agencies and other sources or data-centers & portals, telephonically contacting candidates with role of tele-callers being played by Business Managers, Dy.GM or Manager(HR) from C.P., Delhi office. They are offered uncommon lucrative salaries. After talking at length for few minutes on phone, the person is told that he is selected and has to come to Delhi office for joining, training and other briefings for two days. This is confirmed by an e-mail with details given for joining. He is also told that he will be entitled to claim’ To & from ticket’ for coming to the office and can lodge in a decent hotel room. On his arrival at Delhi office on the determined dates, he is made to fill and submit some information about himself and offered formal job-offer in black & white.The important point to note here is that he also signs one piece of information that the task of bringing investment for appointing a C&FA is to be completed in 15 days after joining. One can understand that if he fails to complete the task within the time frame, then his claim for the To&Fro ticket and lodgment loses any meaning and for your information there is a rule for submitting expense statements after every fortnight.

The sustained impression for being a robust and roaring company is also projected through multiple websites, which helps dominate Search Engine Browsing and do help in suppressing voices of grievances, thus helping in influencing and manipulating online search findings in their favor. I can perceive, help is also sought through SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) methods.

The Company claims to have attained about 80 crores of turnovers. I consider it hard to believe how even after two –three years of constant exercises of exploiting marketing professionals, asking each of them to bring investments by appointing C&FA, Consig.Agents and Superstockists, the same demand has not ceased and still people are being roped in or trapped for this end! One needs only one C&FA at state capital, but ASM or RSMs belonging to different cities of the same State are asked to appoint C&FA preferably in their home town. Things are certainly scrambled.

Really thanks for your valuable suggestions, I am also well educated unemployed, Actually i came from Abroad due to recession problem last 3 years back, Till date i didn't settle in my motherland, Really shame on Indian government, those who are not capable all of those in service what i saw in India recently, But lot of clever and intelligent pupil are on roads . That is India current trend, some of these kind of companies are playing with unemployed pupil. I got an offer to join recently, after watching this blog, i cancelled my joining, Thanks to all of you my dear friends

I worked for MIRIK HEALTHFOODS PVT. LTD, DELHI from March 10 to July 15, 2011(Four months period) and I was called second time to the office in mid- May, 2011.If this company has ever believed in giving salary and expense reimbursement to field marketing personnel, then at the time of this visit, they could have reimbursed me some of my expenses' claims and remuneration. But this never happened. Instead I was asked to stay for one more day(fourth day), to stress the inevitability of the investment and their intolerance for the delay.

Here I emphatically state that employees are not indentured servants. They are people who voluntarily join organizations that contribute to their employer’s good. .If they are not share-holders, then they are certainly stake-holders of a company. Marketing function is complimentary and strategic as it generates sales revenue. But in last decades, we notice constant decline in companies’ behavior towards marketing professionals. While other personnel get their regular salaries, marketing personnel are treated as extra-corporate personnel suitable only for "Target based salaries”. The budgetary allocation for their salaries and allowances applied only to the ‘core staff ’ at the Delhi Office.

How ridiculous is their treatment for marketing personnel that in place of fostering conducive conditions to unleash their competitive spirits and competencies which make initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship possible, companies like MHPL are running a sinister design of 'Impressions Management' by implementing "Target based Salary" for exploiting their talents. How they can be so insensitive! They are not considered even for a Subsistence Amount to meet their cost incurred on working and today's high cost of living.

It is clear that people like MHPL believe in drawing all investments and earnings through market only, instead of planning a deliberate budget allocation for them for initial growth phase. Moreover, large numbers of the field personnel planned to be taken up since the onset made a thick Salary & Allowances Bill, which this company never wanted to spend from their Capital holdings and Assets. Therefore this sinister design and strategy was resorted to in order to achieve their commercial success. What a mockery of the people and their potentials!!!

All accusations for the terminated marketing people by MHPL are mere cover-ups and face-saving measures. While marketing people are lured by appealing to their career needs like pay, promotion and position, once investment is received, the investors are treated arbitrarily, as their bowls are in their hands..

I caution you that this exploitative practice of Modern Era Feudal Lords is gaining momentum and its success is contagious, so beware, not to fell in the predators trap.

To clear my doubt i had searched their website and now i got you people. thank you all dear people for posting your comments and experiences with this company which helped me from save my carrier from this fraud company..i am already working with one very reputed company i was just looking for a hike but now...

This is really a group of frauds. The will just invite and offer you a 50-55 thousand salary job as peanuts. They have no concern of selling and marketing of the product.They only have interest to collect 24 Lakh D.D. Legal office at Patna. Contract manufacturer.They dont know the meaning of ROI, USP etc.
