Mobikwik.com — payment done from account but balance not added to account

i have made a payment of Rs.500 to my mobikwik.com account but i through debit card but i didn't get any mobikwik balance corresponding to it
my order number/transaction number is [protected] that i've recieved from CCAvenue.com
my registered email id is rawat.[protected]@gmail.com. kindly take the appropriate action
