Connectivity of network

Every month I am subscribing GPRS data usage pack, for internet usage for my BSNL, mobile no. 9426760623. But in every 15 days there is GPRS network problem in BSNL and there is no connectivity for one or two days. Complaining to customer service cell, replies will be OK in one hour and takes 24 hours or more. The network connectivity is very bad that leaves its link every now and then.

Please help me to solve the problem.
