[Resolved]  Mobile Phone — lost of mobile phone Nokia 7210 supernova in jet airways baggage counter mumbai

Dear Sir,

myself jitender kumar chaudhary, my jet airways PNR number-GPOINK
my flight was mumbai to chennai 6:45a.m on 03/11/2009 from mumbai domestic airport.

my complaint is that i have lost my mobile phone that was in my strolley.

i tell you the complete story, my Boardin pass was from Mumbai to Chennai on 03/11/2009 on 6:45am.
when i reach airport, the strolley was with me. i was with web checkin, when i moved to security checkin staff.
they told me that putin your mobile phone in strolley for checking because of rush. they found that there is a screw driver in my strolley. they did not allow me to board the aircraft with strolley and told that give your strolley to the baggage counter of jet airways. i take my strolley from the security staff and move to the baggage counter,in the meanwhile, the mobile phone was in the strolley. i submit my strolley to the counter and forgot to take the mobile from the strolley when the bag was moving to conveyer,immediately i told to counter lady that my mobile phone is in my strolley. kindly give me my mobile phone from my strolley.also the jetairways counter in mumbai did not lock my strolley.there was four zip in my strolley. they did not lock the single zip and assure that your mobile is safe in strolley and also.she told that,don't woory,your mobile phone is safe.you will get it on chennai airport.but when i reach chennai airport i did not found my mobile.my cousin brother call me on my mobile phone no.[protected] from chennai at 7:25am on the same day,the bell was ringing,and my flight take off from 6:50am from mumbai airport. so it is not possible when flight take off after 35 minute the bell will ringing. from that point i am sure that somebody from mumbai airport
baggage loader unloader people from the jet airways staff take my mobile phone from my strolley. till now i did not found my mobile and i have called your vigilence department regarding this issue.they did not check from the video recording.kindly take the strict action to found the mobile phone.or check the video recording in between of 6:00am to 7:00am at mumbai airport and also from chennai port from 8:45am to 9:30am and trace my mobile phone from the airtel company with my IMEI NO.[protected] and mobile no.[protected]. nobody is taking seriously from jetairways department to find out my mobile phone. you can contact with me with the below mentioned numbers.the cost of mobile phone was 5500/- the model was NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA and other loss of did not attend the call is approximately Rs. 15,000/- the total loss i bear is around 20,000/-.kindly find out my mobile phone or reimburse me my mobile phone cost and other loss due did not attend the call as soon as possible.
kindly help me regarding this issue. i have send lots of mail to jetairways email id [protected]@jetairways.com,but they are not helping me and not compensating my loss, kindly give me justice regarding this issue.
