Hi,
First of all i want to thanks you for providing such a wonderful appliances through out the world but there is some elements who are defame your name like few Service Centres.
Sir there is one mobile Service centre is located at Mayur Vihar Delhi 110091 the complete address is A-1, Acharya Niketan Mayur Vihar New Delhi-110091 that is very rude to customer & and try to escape with the customer's problems. Sir actually in Feb 2012 i got exchanged one hand free with new one because it was under warranty but after two months again this instument get not working mode i again approached to this centre but they totally refuse that i got this from their service centre. i got shock to know such thing i immediately take this to notice to owner Ms Monika Tyagi mob-[protected] but astonished that she was telling same thing then i can easily observe that they were selling original instument with own and were providing chinese duplicate to customer who are coming with under warranty period.
Sir again i ask them that i have to purchase new hands free but they totally refuse to same.
now sir need some solid & prompt response from the concern.
