cheating by mobile tower installing company

hi sir i saw an ad in a news paper of a company which is installing mobile tower requires land contacted them they told me to deposit 5400 rs as survey charges then got a letter from them as agreement they told me to deposit 45000rs as first 29000 this way they received total 149000 rs from me then they are not receiving the phone calls how can i get back my money

Aapko Grahak Suraxa mein complain kijie or sabut rakhe.
News paperme bhi de jis se dusre ko jagrut kare.
