Myself Ramendra Mohapatra We have a Land Near my Father's in Law House There is a Racket Person Name :- Kamakshya Prasad Rout(Mobile No :- [protected]) and Mr.Sudhansu Satapaty and Rajesh Jena Told to my Father's in Law Please Give you Land for Mobile Towar Installation and it will Exp for Rs.75000/- to Install this Official Exp and the same Will Return after Installation by M/s Spell Towar Company.We have told that First you Make Agreement Then We will Proceed for Payment and there is Company Person Interduced by them Named as Mr.Gangully and Mr.Jayanta Jena.
After all they Have made on Froud Agreement with us By Advocate Mr.A.K.Mishra(Cuttack) it alread 7month gone They Have Not Install any Mobile Tower and Now we come to Know that Agreement was a False and now Advocate not Agree for the same Agreement.
We have the Document Proof of False Agreement and Cash Deposit Slip for Mr.Jayanta Jena and Mr.Kamakshya Prasad Rout and One Blank Chq of Mr.Kamakshya Prasad Rout.
Please Suggest us how we will Instal Mobile Tower on the same and How Can We get the same Money from them What the Legal Procedure,
The same Racket Also Taken Money from Other person also from same Market for Mobile Towar instalation.
