[Resolved] Money Back Policy (lic of India) — non payment of maturity dues | |
policy number:[protected]money back policy of LIC India, NR Square branch, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Policy matured on 31-05-08. Repeated request to send the cheque for the last 25 days with the claims department, the chief manager has drawn a blank. The claim by the LIC that the cheque has been registered posted does not seem to hold good, the relevant post office at Marathahalli claims no mail received in the claiment's name. On enquiry with LIC to furnish the registered mail number has again drawn a blank. The claiment is at the wits end and seems to hit a dead end. To any enquiry with the LIC, NR Square branch, the standard reply being-"we will get back to you". Request immediate attention and direction to LIC to release the cheque.
