[Resolved]  Monte Carlo India — COLOUR FADE & STITCH ISSUE

Dear Sir,
My self sandeep namdeo residing 527/11 b ravi kiran society SBI colony rd baldeobag jabalpur.I had buy anew jacket which in 15th day in first dry clean was faded & Stich issue occured.I complained to monte carlo with comp. no.( mcc7655) to ludhiana ther manufacturing unit their kwality check unit reject the complain, said that it will be faded.No replacement has been done .
please querry the matter as sson as possible

hi i m from hisar(haryana), i also bought a leather jacket of MONTE CARLO from deepmala traders, rajguru market, hisar but the leather started coming out like rubber . After complaining about the defect to the dealer no action has been taken. It looks as if the dealer is selling the fake monte carlo products.

dear sir i m krunal gala have purchased jacket of monte carlo on 3rd nov 2012 from ahmedabad from their company outlet and with in 2 months color has been faded n i have given back in company on 17 th jan 2013 and now (25th feb 2013) they are telling it is not our flout we cant exchange it so please sir help me what to do. my complaint no is mcc9309 . k.[protected]@gmail.com

Dear Sir,
My self Sunil garg residing 158/24 kesarganj' behind police chowki ajmer.I bought anew jacket last year which within one month got faded .u can even see the marks on it after fading.I complained to monte carlo in ajmer but they rejected my complaint saying to bring back the bill for the jacket purchased one year before.No replacement has been done .
please querry the matter as sson as possible

I purchase jacket from monte carlo showroom at C-21 shopping mall indore, mp in january 2013 for rs 3000/-

in second season (january 2014) the jacket surface is tampered automatically from various side as I attached here pictures
I misplaced ‎the bill,
I went to Showroom owner but for half an hour his employees did not give me proper response because i dont have bill copy. They also gave me silly type excuses that dont have sale records, inventory records.
As i m a chartered accountant i debuted with owner to please help in this regard

He had given me a mail id ( [protected]@gmail.com) of himself on which i can complaint. and he ensured me to forward mail and take action in this regard.

I sent mail on 29th dec 2014 but no reply or response received till date

As I believe that Monte carlo is no. 1 brand in woolens

plz maintain customer faith and give me refund or exchange the article
