[Resolved]  More Mega Store — Using chocolate instead of 1Rs coin

Hello,

Yesterday i visited More mega more at Vadodara (Gujarat) located at manjalpur locality. I purchased items of rs 123.58Rs. I gave 150Rs, in return cashier return me Rs 125 and 1 chocklate. On asking the reason for chocklates he replied that as the amount is 0.58 paise which is same as 1 rupee, so it cost me Rs 124. And he further added that there is instructions from the upper management to give chocklates instead of Rs1 coin he gave me chocklates.

This practise of your store is illegal. Today i again went to store and purchased bread of Rs 10/- I gave him 10 chocklates and he didn't accepted this...Why???

Kindly take necessary action against such stores (which tell themselves as mega stores and they are run by reputed companies by Aditya birla Group on whom people have lots of respect). They are using chocklates are 1Rs currency which is an insult on Indian Currency.

Hope to see some action soon.

The below mail which i sent to mORE mega in Aurnagbad nobody gave me proper rerply...its reduculus...worst service I ever experienced...I purchase the product on 24th and its almost 29th July still that engineer not visited for the DEMO...

I have purchased the model mentioned in the subject line of Foodprocessor from More Mega Store Aurangabad (MH) on 24th July 2009.More representative told me that the person from your service centre will visit for the demo and gave me the contact no. of your representative Mr. Dilip [protected].


As nobody visited for the demo on 24th, I called Mr. Dilip on 25th morning as foodprocessor is not getting switched ON, he told me that as the call ratio at his service centre is so high so he will be not able to attend the same and the call for the DEMO they use to attend after 6.00PM only.


I called to MORE CSD for the same and spoke with Mr. Wankhede in this regard, Mr. Wankhede committed me that Engineer will visit on 25thJuly till End of the day.


I was waiting for the Engineer till 6.00PM but nobody attended for the DEMO so I called Mr. Dilip but on his behalf Mr. Ali (the person who spoke with me) attended the call and told me that Mr. Dilip kept his Mobile for the charging and he is not at the desk.


After some time somebody called me from the service centre and told that he dont have vehicle so not able to attend the call so if I am in big hurry so I need to go to the service centre to pick up him.


Till the time nobody attended the call and requesting you to please do the needful for the same

It would be great if you could justify the least interested approach shown in the last couple of days. Expecting your positive response at the earliest.

DEAR SIR,

I HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE OF NOKIA COMPANY ON 21/7/2009 AND THE MORE MEGA STORE HAS GIVEN THE WARRANTY OF TWO YEARS. ALREADY TWO TIMES HAD BEEN DONE OF MOBILE, BUT THE PROBLEM DOES NOT GOT OVER. SO I REQUEST U TO PLEASE GIVE THE ATTENTION OF MY COMPLAIN.
