[Resolved] Morphy Richards — Microwave oven | |||
I bought a microwave oven of Morphy Richards [Model- 20 MBG] from Big Bazar, T. Nagar, Chennai on 11th August 2012. Just after 2 months, i noticed that sparks coming out from the internal panel. i registered the complaint with MORPHY RICHARDS CUSTOMER CARE many times. After so much fuss they send a technician who fixed it improperly and after 2 months again sparks started coming out. now i am continuously calling them since March 2013 but they are not paying any heed. My compliant is still on from my side and the complaint number is : MWC 2485536 Was this information helpful? | |||
