Moserbaer 1 Gb MicroSdcard — replacement under warranty

Dear sir / Madam,

I am a geek who uses many Moserbaer Products due to your great concern to the quality and durability.

I own a Nokia 5300 and a Motorola L-9 for which I bought a two Moserbaer 1 GB MicroSD cards from a local vendor against proper receipts and bill in the month of 2008.

Both the Micro SD Cards were working fine. But yesterday when I formatted the card in Nokia set through my PC and copied songs and other data, I could not add data more than half of its capacity.

I reformatted using Fat format and retried but the problem persisted. The card showed its size as 952 Mbs i.e. Capacity and free space 952 mbs and used space 0 mbs. When I add data to it, only data upto half of its capacity could be added. After this no more data could not be added to it and it displays the message “path too deep” while trying to add more data to it. However it showed the free space equivalent to half of its capacity.

It could be formatted either. When I tried to format it the message is displayed that ‘Windows could not format’.

This Moserbaer 1GB MicroSD card appears to be defective one as I could not add data to full of its capacity.

It is therefore requested that my Moserbaer 1GB MicroSD card which is still under the Lifetime Warranty be replaced immediately.

moser baer is very bad company, this is my first mistake,
i am purchase moser baer Lcd 29 but till i am not lisen the voice before 4 month ago i am next complant rigester at pimpri office, but till today they are not service,
mr munna shiekh is not cooprate with me.
once again i say to you my one mistake i am purchase 10 pcs moser baer Lcd 29 tv & 200 dvd from sur mandir raipur chattisgadh.
but till today all persons not satisfy with moser bare product.

we are purchasing usb 4GB moser bear pendriver bill no. 1032 dated 27.08.08 Nokia showromm in Tirupur ( Coimbatore District) Tamil Nadu but yesterday to not worikng. in our pen driver pack is lifetime warranty please tell me the service centre details

4GB moserbaer pen drive is not detected by any operating system. It is completely non functional. It is within warantee period. Have purchased from khosla stationary, sec-10A, gurgaon. I stay in noida.

i purchase 4GB pendrive in just 5 months back, im problem facing at buy in second week tell me how can i got new pendrive pls give me as soon as possible

I had purchased a 4 GB pen drive last year in IT Expo in Pune.
I lost its receipt and I didn't remember the shop name.
The pen drive is not working, when inserted into USB socket & opened in My Computer, It displayes a message "there is no disk in the drive"

Will I get replacement for it .

hi, vijay .iam also a moser customer.i have purchsed MP3 player of moserbarebut in first week it strted troubling me.When i reach to service center they told me to pay for repaires.

I too think that moser is worst in providing after sell services.I am hereby telling every one not to buy any MOSER product.

I purchased it after the dealer said a carry in warranty of 1 year. But in the 1st week of April 2011 (05/04/2009-..), it started having problems such as delayed( and sometimes too delayed) tray ejection and it did not read many DVDs and CDs
where to go replace it.

i bought the moserbaer 4gb pendrive at 500/- ..
the shopkeeper told me it's the best pendrive because it gives 5 years of warranty..
i bought this..now it is not working, so i go to the shop with bill.
they told me that they will send it to yhe company for replacement.
After 25 days days i went there and they told ma that company has stop manufacturing this model so they will not accept this pendrive.
so what, the company has stop manufacturing.they gave us 5 years of warranty so they have to replace it..
like this, , 5 years of warranty is of no use.

see moserbaer, , what is this . you will have to replace my pendrive,

• Moserbaer provides only 2 years warranty over pendrive. I am using it from last 2.5 years . now it is giving me error. now i have lost my important data also . please never buy moserbaer pen drive. always go with kingston they provide life time warranty.
