[Resolved]  Moser Baer — Moser Baer Rewritable DVD is not working.

moserbaer dvd — dvd not reading after writing

dear sir/ma'am
i bought a moserbaer dvd on 30th april 2008 from laminton road, mumbai.After writing once only i found that it wasn't reading at all.This hapenned with my friends dvd also who bought it with me.Please replace this dvds as soon as possible

IN 6th May 2009 I am purchase 1 Moser Baer Rewriteble DVD. I am Using 4 time and then it is not working.

When I am write DVD in my PC message shown to me "Please Insert Disc" So, I am going at retailer's shop He asked me that we are not give any warranty in DVD & he give me 1 mobile no. I am calling mobile no. (2nd person) retailers Disributor, he said me 1 address<Moserbaer Company's Service Center> to me but he said me that "he is not sure he also asked me service center is open or closed for more past time."

So, Give me Suggestion What R doing me now? I am not trusted "moserbaer's any product after this case.

I ALSO BOUGHT A REWRIATBBLE DVD NAD NOW I HAVE USED IT APPROX 100 TIMES AND IT IS STILL WORKING.



THE DVD HAS TO BE KEPT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITHOUT ANY MOISTURE OR HIGH AMOUNT OF HEAT.




IT IS STILL WORKING!!!

BUT THE SERVICES OF MOSERBAER ARE VERY POOOOOOOOORRRR!!

Hi my name is Brijesh I purcahsed a Moser Baer DVD of movie sankat city, but i shoked when i play it it was a porn movie playing. I just shocked watching this & turned my DVD off. I felt so embarassed as my kids & my mom dad were also watching. This is so redeculas when i went to the retailer they told this is not our fault.

Mosaer Baer must be banned.

I purchased a moser baer rewritable dvd. i have erased it only 2 or 3 times. now the computer is not at all reading this dvd.

MOSERBAER IS FRAUD COMPANY. DVD RW DOES NOT REGISTER DATA AFTER BURN PROCEDURE. COMPANY HAS A NAME. IT IS REALLY "MOSAM PER" IN TAMIL MEANS BAD NAME!!! BETTER NOT BUY DVD RW FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS MAY WORK MAY NOT WORK CASE...TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!!

Sir i have purchased the moserbaer rewritable dvd from the shop and after a single use it showed please insert the disk, after trying it for the two- three times it showed the same message, then finally i moved to the shop, he told me to call on the number written at back of the cover, i called at that number and recording is being played, it ask about the problem and my telephone number, but after that i have tried 3-4 times but there was not a single reply has come from company, so i request you to please take certain action as i mentioned above.

I HAVE PURCHASED MOSERBAER 3 IN 1 ONE( MOVIES) SUPERDVD. WHEN I AM PUTTING THE SUPERDVD IN THE LG DVD WRITER IT IS NOT OPENING AND WHEN I AM PUTTING IN THE DVD PLAYER IT IS WORKING FINE AND THE CLARITY IS ALSO GOOD. BUT I CANNOT ABLE TO SEE THE FILES IN THE PC. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MY DVD PLAYER. WHEN IAM PUTTING MY ANOTHER DVD'S ALL ARE OPENING BUT EXCEPT MOSERBAER. SO I REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND THIS PROBLEM I HAVE TRIED WITH MY FRIENDS PC'S ALSO. THERE ALSO IT IS NOT WORKING. I CALLED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOLD THAT TO INSTAL MPEG 2.0 SOFTWARE. WHICH IS ALREADY INSTALLED IN MY PC. FIRST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED THIS DVD IT IS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I CANNOT ABLE TO SEE THE MOVIES IN MY PC. I WASTED MY MONEY. I PURCHSED FOR RS.32, BUT IT IS NOT THE MATTER OF MONEY, BUT IT IS THE MATTER THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. it happened to me for two consecutive dvd i lost my 100 bucks
please do something gainst this fraud companies selling fraud products
cause on the back its written its recyclable 100 times and it doesnt work even for the 3rd time
