I Mr. Pawan gola bought 7 lcd monitors before 5 months now 2 of them are not working from last one month I am trying to get the service from the company "MOSER BAER" but there no response from the company till now. Mr. Rajesh Raval is the head of the service department of the Mumbai region but he is also not receciving the phone. Now Iam totally tensed. please do the needfull help.

I have problem from my moserbear 8GB model SW 801 Ependrive which i just purchased 1 year before, i have brought it from reputed shop in pune with bill, after inserting pendrive, it says "INSERT A DISK IN TO DRIVE F" .and it shows "0 free space and 0 used space" & And i have checked my pc's usb drivers. all r good and also try it with my friends laptop but again the same problem.They are saying to me that if i buy a new pen drive from service center itself then can replace itHow i can overcome this problem, plz help me as soon as possible
