[Resolved]  Motorola — Not Repairing and Asking Money

Some prob occured in the phone suddenly. The phone got swtiched off and on putting it on the phone just vibrates.It was given for repair to the authorised service centre in pune.. After keeping it for a month they returned it back saying that USB port is missing.. The fact was that the phone was not even touched from inside and they said that the mother board has to be replaced.

motorola rocker E6 mobile — not giving goog customer service

i sachin buy a moto rocker e6 mobile at subhisha mobile at april.08.In sept it found charging problem
so i give mobile to motorola authorised service station in Lower Parel in 29th sept, but the staff of this station are not giving respond to me. I stayed in BOISAR, it is not easy to travel me to every day for inquiry. so i am asking by way of telephone, but they not responding.
so please taken an action till date mobile not received. so please forward to motorola higher authority

I purchesed model No MOTOROLA-E6 ROKER date on 09/11/2007.
But Twice replaced the set but not solved the problem. First time Touch Screen problem arise and other time Camera problem but still i faced the huge problem in set. So I want replacement of set So plz kindly approved and replacement to set.

Motorola — my mobile was slightly scratched but the service center broke it completely

I am Soumeet Dash, staying at berhampur, orissa and my contact number is [protected]. i had given my mobile to PADHI ELECTRONICS, Berhampur as the display was not clearly visible .they told me that it would cost rs 1000 .I bought the mobile on 15th august 2008. After that i brought it back . When i switched on my mobile at home then it was broken .After 20 days i went back to the service centre to complain .Unfortunately he misbehaved me in his shop .I felt insulted there .Kindly take necessary action or else i will complain to police against him.

Motorola — Camera Cell Option

Dear Sir,

Sub:- Motorala W 215 Cell – Reg.,

I procured a Cell Motorola W 215 model with Camera option on 31/12/2007 at M/s. Big C Show Room, Main Road, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Vide bill no. 18189 with One year warranty.

After two months, the cell was hanged, then we approached Big C show room, they advised to contact M/s. Venus Technologies, Pulavarthi vari street, Kakinada, Cell No.[protected] as a authorized servicing center for M/s. Motorola.

They repaired and given back, after few days the problem was repeated. Again they did.

Again on 31/05/2008 the cell was hanged and given to the M/s.Venus Technologies for servicing. Vide their Job sheet No. 1972. The replaced the board without camera option. They promised us this board will be replaced in a short time as well as received the stock.

After this, we approached many times the service engineer for changing the board with camera option. But so far they have not yet replaced the same. We went to the servicing center every week. But the problem was not yet rectified.

This type actions will damage the image of Motorola and Big C. We may not procure Motorola cells in future and we can’t recommend any body to procure Motorola cells with this bad experience. We have fatigue with this cell.

So, please return back the our amount Rs.2, 750/- to avoid further problems.

Pl. take the necessary action and do the needful.

A-810 of Motorola — Mobile set not repired even after 8 days

I have given my Motorola mobile model No. A-810 for some repair work at their Noida base service centre Ambe Electronics on 10/11/08 and details are as follows: -

But from very 1st day on eveyt enquiry they are saying it will 48 hrs. and also saying that company is not sending data cable for software installation, on 14th they have given me their customer care number (Complaint No.[protected] dated 1411/08) and customer care executives are telling me same story that it will take 48 Hrs. every time and tell me they they have forwarded my request to their office and we have no update till this time for same and their customer handling style is too rude.

See now a days mobiles are life line of one and I lost my life line due to just Motorola, I am unable to make & receive my calls, this I have not expected this type of ridiculous service from a reputed company like Motorala.

Motorola — please never buy a motorola handset

i recently bought a motorola L9 handset from mobile store situated at lalbaug area in mumbai and its been 6 months now.just after three months of purchase the handset switch off every time someone calls the screen just goes off the the caller can still hear the ring.i then went to moto service gallery at lower parel thinking they will definately help me but all i got is a very rude response from the service desk.they unnecessarily formatted my cell then when even that dint help they said there is no problem because they were unable to repair it then they said i will have to leave my cell at the gallery for atleast 15 days and when i told them that my entire business depends on phone atleast i would need a temporary handset they rudely denied.and to date no one has helped me with it.i am planning to sell it off but who will buy such a crap!! guys beware of motorola cause there aftercare service is crap

Motorola — holiday package terms not followed

I received a holiday package offer from Mobile Store wherein hotel option for destination Munnar was mentioned as Hotel " Edassery Eastend " whereas when I received actual voucher I discovered that the hotel name has been changed to Hotel " Igloo Resort " which is a much inferior option.
I think this Travel port / Mobile Store combination is trying their best to deter people from availing free packages offered by them at the time of selling mobiles.

I want to thank Nokia Care, Balasore that they hav resolved my problem very soon .I have a nokia 3110 c model.set.it was having some hanging and bluetooth proble.i reported itin Nokia Care Balasore.After that they repaired it without any charges

I HAD PURCHASED MOTOROLA W 375 MODEL MOBILE PHONE ON 01 MAR 2007 THROUGH VIJAY CELL SHOPPEE, VISAKHAPATNAM. WITHIN SIX MONTHS THERE WAS A CONSTANT BEEP SOUND AND THE BATTERY GOT CHANGED.NOW FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS THE PHONE
IS NOT WORKING AND THE DISPLAY SHOWS INVALID SIM.
WHEN THE PHONE WAS GIVEN TO THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE IN VIZAG VIZ

When i called to MOTOROLA CUSTOMER CARE they told MOTOROLA does not have facility to block mobile hand set. So if lost MOTOROLA mobile handset then thief will use you mobile without any difficulties. This is my experience with MOTOROLA.
I have purchased an Mobile EM30 from Mobile Store, Malviya Nagar on 25.12.2008.

I have given handset to M/s. Reditgton on 10.1.2009, they informed me that the Bluetooth and Battery is not working properly. As on date I have not received the same.

Kindly pursue the matter with them. This is also to inform you that the Motorola Handset is not upto the mark. I am afraid to purchase the same.

I had Purchase motorola handset -moto-yuva A-810 on 12 oct 2008 from the jayesh communications
pimpri pune when i use cellphone i saw battary life is too short and when i not use the cellphone battary discharge automatically in two month the cellphome repair three times .
first time change cellphone battary but the problem is not sortout my service centre is galaxy services pimpri pune. At last time on dated 24 dec 08 the delivery time given by servicer 15 days only but when
i inquired after 1 month he told the cellphone pending for circuit board.
Still They have not get cellphone .what is the real position of my handset.
I hope company should provide alternative to this.

Recently I have got it repaired my hand set with them
They will not tell us the real problem of the handset, everything will be hidden at the time of service & finally it will cost us a huge amount to pay for any miner repairs.
