Motorola Mobility India — Delay in getting product repaired | |||
I have given my Motorola phone for servicing on 04/05/2012 to an authorized Motorola Service Center in our city. The fault was minor and it has been 12 days since I gave my phone but I am yet to receive any proper reason from them about delay in getting my mobile phone back. I have called them so many times but always they give some or the other excuses. Till now I have been given 4 different excuses when I called. The guy in the service center says that they are not receiving proper components from Motorola and he is asking me to call Motorola to ask for components and wants to run away from the responsibility.
