Motorola Yuva – W 230 — wrong business practice of retailer

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a cell phone from Motorola retailer with bill & warranty at malad – west. A day back my charger found not working so I visited motorola service center (old) at borivali west and understand that motorola service center has been changed to Mira road and no other service center is available with in andheri east and mira road east.When I visited motorola Service center at mira road east the service executive told me that he cannot support the warranty because the invoice copy is not carrying any VAT stamp of the retailer. So he cannot support on warranty and suggested me to get the stamp first and then claim warranty.

5. It shows no control & in efficiency on In direct channel handling of matorola brand name..
6. The retailer should be stopped for his wrong practice, which affect your brand as well as your customer.
