FIGHT AGAINST THESE CHEAT FUND COMPANIES TO SAVE THE PEOPLE TO SUCIDE IN NEAR FUTURE

Don't invest this company your hard earn money. They never have any kind of RBI authorization. SEBI ordered for closed this company in 2003. Although it is not listed in share market then how it will get the sebi registration . The concept of Teak Bond totally fake. Their project at Jhargram and Food Products only show business. All teak tree destroyed then where from company will pay money to public. They misused the public money. If new investment will stop the Company will be closed. It is fully money rotation company. The company is completely FAKE. Provide me the Audited Balance sheet. ICRA assigns CS 4 rating i.e. third class rating only A++ rating is perfect for investment. It is fully money rotation company.

I am holding an Agro Bond No.CHN026 A/09/11/004811 dated 13.09.11 issued in the name of my wife Smt.Supriya Mondal (C1426444) under Plan No. 1(B), consideration amount Rs. 3, 330 only payable yearly.
I understand from the advertisement of M/S. SEBI dated 15.05.12 that your company has been banned from raising funds.
I also learn from the advertisement of your advocate dated 31.05.12 that the letter of SEBI dated 15.05.12 has been stayed by the Hon'ble 9th Bench of the City Civil Court in connection with the Title Suit No.790/2012 dated on 25.05.12.
In view of the above kindly intimate me if I should continue my payment for the Agro bond and if so, whether my investment at your company will remain safe.

The registration no is for share market where investment is a risk..
So how your company give written maturity..

& why there is a printed line "for private use only"
so how u sell the policy in public?

Next why ur company take a power of attorney from customer..
when u sale a land. why u don't give "DALIL" against land..u give a certificate..

If any investor asked u that he/she want to visit his /her land or want to give a protection "PACHIL" in his/ her land.. can ur company allow it?
why ur company don't give TDS to income tax department? Ur income is fully black money..

in which type ur company collect money from market that's called collective investment scheme..so there is no permission for ur company..

I thing you have little knowledge about market. And you also diverting the actual topics also.
MPS is collecting money money from the market with some ' Ponzy' scheme. It is completely illegal.
And you saying that other company also collect money from the CIS scheme. But they are collecting money through the share of the Ltd. company. And in share market if the company gain then investors gain other-wise loose. But MPS here tell about only good return after certain period. There is no word about lose that MPS said. IF MPS go though lose in bussiness how they will retun to the investors.

On the hand if we take the example of any FI (e.g. bank) they are giving 8-9% interest rate on MIS scheme, then how can MPS able to give 12-15% interest rate in return to the investors?

I think you heard about repo rate, reverse repo rate, CRR etc. If you check these thing then it is very much clear that it is not possible to return 15% interest rate per annum. And also other thing is that now our country is going through the GPD of 5-6% growth rate. So, it is very much difficult to return this high amount.

Currently its okay, but when so many bond matured at the same time then it will fall under the problem like "Sharada Group"

how i know a company is fraud or not ? what are the conditions to fulfill to run like above company? what are the sites to check for that ?

what is the present situation of this SEBI report on MPS.
