[Resolved]  MRF Tyres — Poor Quality MRF Tyres

Sir,
after almost 1.5 yrs, first time my i-10 tyre (MRF) is is replaced with new stepni tyre (MRF) but immediate within 8/10 km of travel new stepni tyre got burst on the plane road. service people said it is unrepairable damage due to stone hit etc should be replaced. Honestly speaking I did not hit any stone, it is first time travel. Kindly tell me egarding warranty etc..I am just doubting on the quality of MRF tyre.

Great mistake that you bought MRF tyres, when there are better and cheaper tyres than MRF in the market.Now, you don't find a single new car on the road with a company fitted MRF tyre.HM, Maruthi, Hyundai, etc.are using;Birla, Apollo, JK tyres, etc, as seen on the new cars here(Trivandrum).Probably, Hyundai must be fed-up with MRF tyres.Hyundai stopped buying MRF tyres, probably because of complaints from their car customers.
MRF will not respond to customers complaints.Customer has to give up, repent for buying MRF tyres and go in for other good brands.Their tyres are of the lowest quality as proved by my experience.
I bought a new Hyundai Verna diesel car in February 2007, fitted with five MRF radial tyres.Tyres were given six years warranty printed in a booklet supplied along with the new car.All the tyres started showing premature wear and tear before 18000kms.On[protected], the metal wires of front right tyre came out at 18000 and odd Kilometres risking the life of my wife and I.On[protected], MRF replaced the tyre for Rs.1560.00+Rs.20.00 wheel balancing.I wanted it replaced free of cost.For no fault of mine, I had to spent Rs.1580.00.MRF being very rich, should have replaced it free of cost.
Then, on[protected], while driving to hospital for morning duty with all tyres prematurely worn out, the right rear tyre burst in Punalur town at 30000 and odd Kilometres.I contacted the manager MRF depot, Trivandrum and the technical service engineer several times to inspect the vehicle, but failed totally as the technical service engineer did not bother to inspect the tyre.Fed-up with MRF, on[protected];I bought four new Michelin tyres from New Bharath Tyres, Chakkai, Trivandrum.I lost lot of money, time and suffered risk to life having bought a new car fitted with MRF tyres.My previous car, Tata Indigo, performed very well with Bridgestone tyres;covered nearly 50, 000kms.when I sold it after three years.
Despite, MRF owners(family) being related to me through my wife, uncles cousins, etc;this is my experience with MRF.I will neither buy MRF tyres nor
a vehicle fitted with the same.I will never recommend MRF tyres to anyone.MRF tyre sales must have drastically gone down.Nothing will bother them as they are very rich.Mr.Arun Mammen is the present chairman MRF tyres.
I doubt whether he knows about this or not.Had I had his e-mail address, I would have written this letter to him.

Dear all,

I have asked for the replacement of MRF tube because of a hole in the joint . The dealer 'Amruteshwar Tyres' asked for 3 days time. Even today [8th day] the issue has not solved.The dealer did not inform me too. However I talked to dealer he asked me to talk to the concerned MRF fellow. The concerned customer support said that he is on leave and he has no idea of the issue. and again gave me some other number to contact in Mangalore.
This is a professioanlism you can expect from the dealer and MRF team.Also, they are asking to pay for the replacement.
This is how business runs in Mangalore...

i have purchased a hero honda karizma on dated 12.06.2009 from hissar a major comlaint in rear tyre getting wawing so my bike handel jurrking & skitting servise centre says fault in tyre please contact mrf dealer but dealer saus go from you have purchased kindly tell mi wear i contact

hello everyone, mrf tyres are very poor and cheapest...two months later...i have purchasing four new mrf tyres model-zvts..size:145/80/12...mein apni alto lxi car mein dalvaye.tyre 500 km chale or mein dekha ki meri car bubling karne. mein dekha to car ki left size ka tyre centre se fool gaya..ab batayo mein kya karu.agar wo tyre blast ho jata to i am dead..his very risky about me..so ab mujhe apna banta claim chahiye...dekho agey kya hota hai...

I bought my sentro tyres in 2010 and now all my tyres are inflating when i visited Moti nagar service center(delhi 110015) of mrf it amazed me i mean the guy who was attending me(Shritish bhattacharya) he himself said i don't know more about tyre then he checked my tyres and gave me fake report when i said it's not the reason and why are you giving me this fake report he says if you wanna take it take it otherwise you can go, company like mrf having such type of people i can't believe it . he gave three different 2 reason for three tyres and problem is with all the tyres and he checked only three what a working style wow!
I m really disappointed and dissatisfied with mrf . i locked my complaint at Chennai customer care center over the phone and they assured me that you will get call from company side very soon but there is no call n no response .

Mrf is very bad company and they made poor quality of tyre .i have broght mrf tyre for fz the tyre within 1YR THERE is lots of crack and bubble and company said there os no manufacturing defect ..to cracks n bubble kya maine banaya hai baith ke fraud company
