[Resolved]  Mseb Electricity Bill — Incorrect billing due to faulty meter(4000 units charged which is more than 4 years electricity consumption)

My meter reading on 3-apr-10 was 7482 units & it went up to 11892 units. Which is around 4000units due to faulty meter.
If you see the areas average billing unit graph no one exceeds 600units! Therefore this meter is faulty & iam not eligible to pay this amount. please
