I've received a Sms from Airtel "Thanks for using (subscription, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs.10.Enjoy http://m.igfun.com
I want to know when i have not subscribed to this service since i am not interested at all, then from whose consent Airtel has deducted Rs.20 frm my a/c.
This is highly disgusting, irresponsible & unprofessional from behalf of Airtel.

The AIRTEL Customer care is notworking upto the exopectations of the Customers. The TAx Based Serviec is forcefully imposed on the customers. Even though CSUB SMS was sent to 57886, the reply is a SMS to enjoy the ulimited m.igfun.com. If the same SMS is sent they feel very uncomfortable and regrett for not having the service at present. The Customer care is trying to fool the customers without giving the full detials of the m.igfun regarding the subscription amount. DO NOT PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS.
De activate the service for [protected] immdeiately.
