Excess billing for locked premised

The Billing process of Mahadiscom needs attention to avoid inconvenience to its customers.

From my experience consumer has to run repeated & unnecessary for correction of estimated bills. The information is repeatedly given that premises for above connection are unoccupied & kept closed. Even then the billing is done on estimated basis.

The meters can also be checked or replaced for any doubt. Again I have received bill for December 2008 on estimated basis.

I request you to kindly instruct the concerned to look into the matter for correction of all estimated bills and refund of excess payments towards estimated bills.

Dear Sir/Madam,

would like to inform you that our organisation is situated at "Century Builders Office no 301 century arcadeNo 243 244 Narangibaug Pune- 411001" hence my complaint is we are not getting MESDCL bill on time, it gets after its due date is finnished. atleast we need 5 to 6 days to clear the bills. and your executives are not able to mannage the directly cutoff our connections, so it should not happened.

would request you please look into the matter and try to send the particular bills on time and its esential too.

please treat this complaint as needful at your end.

I have use JAN-111unit / FEB-116unit/ MAR-94unit so this time APRIL - 219unit excessive bill.

Dear sir/Madam

I have just received the Bill for the period from 26.04.2011 to 28.05.2011 for Rs. 380/- In this connection i wish to inform that we were out of city between 23.04.2011 to 14.06.2011. Bill is showing meter faulty.While flat was locked then the metere reading will not increase. So i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

Sir,
I have received a bill of Rs. 350/- forMar & again for Apr 12 but as my house is unoccupied the charges should be minimum. I did receive a minimum bill of Rs. 30/- in Dec11, Jan & Feb 2012 on complaint but later on the following bills shows energy charges assuming meter is faulty again which is incorrect as the house remains locked…….Can someone correct this & issue a corrected bill???
