We are very proud of your service as per norms of RASTA TETHE S.T. But at present days of coputerisation and globlisation I heartly realised that our ST must change, like availabily of Time Table at all Depot/Stand atleast for every division. For the last two days I am trying to get Bus Timings to Ahmednagar from Dombivli. /Thane/Kayan . But no body is able to give exact position as they have not given the necessary intuments, like computers and now evrywhewre available and which common to all i.e.Mobile Phones. I requst to our honorable minister and General Manager give MOBILE TO EVERY mobile STAFF AND COCERN Stand incharge to get latest position of ST.. and give the senior cizen cocessions at par with Railway.From DIWAKAR SHROTRI.

I have a complaint to lodge regarding the mismanagement of Panvel-Dombivli ST regular bus service. The bus conductors nor drivers have any correct information to be provided to the passengers regarding the departure timings of buses they mislead passengers n make a unnecessary chaois during the peak hours. Also many buses are either cancelled or are always 20-30 mins delay, when asked even in polite manner the respond in very casual and irresponsible way.request to monitor n help the passengers from this daily inconvinience.

MSRTC — frequency is bad

i kindly want to bring to the notice that bus from panvel to kalyan 2x2 asiad has bad frequency. we students of MGM college (kalamboli highway) face a huge problem as our college leaves at 5p.m and there is no bus till 6.30 p.m. and at that time there is continuous two buses. so i would kindly request the respective to look into these issue very seriously and incease the frequency.

im regular traveller of ST mahanmandal from my childhood. i usually travel towards khed, dapoli... from mumbai and pune. i just dont understand why these cant have sleeper bus in night? becoz the way ST bus seating arrangement is, its horrible. you cant even seat proper forget about sleeping in night. cant they make some good seating arrangment buses specially for night instead of changing only window style of the bus? from my childhood i can see changes on buses on colors basis or on windows of the bus. cant they think beyond that?

other query is, recently i was traveling from pune via bhor. how horrible that stand of bhor? there is no proper facility if someone has to go for toilet, there is no water. and if ladies got toilet then its impossible, its really disgusting. becoz ST khata charging too much but they cant improve the facilities.

i wish it shud go into private company hand, then they understand.
