[Resolved]  M.S.Shah Developers — Incompletion of work

Silverline construction, no hope from builder now. False promises.. we are now beginning with final battle. We will ensure all involved parties will suffer now.

Not even Nilgiri, i've studied this builder with other projects as well..Shubham, Lilac garden are more cases of cheating..
Olive, the project under construction is already facing issues as builder is reluctant to abide by his promises..Builder is not processing any agreements registrations in spite of taking advance money..!! He has also cheated in actual carpet area claimed . I think the Company head Abdul, marketing man Shibin Chandy / Vishal all are serving with some hidden agendas. More interested in covering the political ground rather then making homes.
Beware of this people.

Sorry i did not see the forum earlier the builder is big cheater and cheated many families he will never give possession and cheat people olive is more than four yr old which it should not be if invested money withdraw it

The builder has never kept his promise of giving the flats to the flat owners he has delayed all possesions and never given possesions i have withdrawed the money on time you also.

What is the credibility of the said developer.The project which is undertaken by the said developer
in Andheri east named NILGIRI at Miltary Road where the builder have not even completed the project
on time.The hardship is faced by members since the builders has not given basic ammenties like meter/lift
which any builder gives.Forget about this even the property tax in not been paid to BMC by builder
which the amount is collected from purchasers.Forget about society formation and conveyance deeds.
Even the possession letter nor any OC is given by the said builders.The builder leaves the job half
way and than the so call members who have put in there hard earn money need to suffers and run from
pillar to post.All the project taken by the said developers like OLIVE in kandivali is also the same.
The reputation of the same is not good...Please do not fall prey to cheap rates and papers
shown by the said developers...You will face difficult times in the near future.!!!

Just avoid the OLIVE project... Builder has build 6 floors illegally and w8ing for approval of same from past 1.5 years! I heard there are people who are desperate to move out at even 8K (JUST IMAGINE THE RISK!!)..

Also the builder is in deep financial crunch and has eaten more than what he can
digest...It's a HIGH RISK preposition ..Please be cautious...

Hey Everyone, I too have purchased a 1bhk flat in Olive at Kandivali West and the work has stopped from past 2 years which i was not aware of that time. Request all persons who have invested/ purchased flat in Olive to come forward and we should go as a group and meet the builder/ complain against him to finish the project. Its such a miserable situation. We are waiting from so long for the project to complete. When we speak to Shibin Chandy he has no reply when the work will even begin.

There is no work going on at Silverline, the work has been at halt since 2011, only 2 floors have been constructed, noc not received for floors above 7th floor. People have paid they hard earned money bt Mr Shibin only gives false hopes.

Construction at Silverline has stopped..Worst builder ever !!! Better not to have a home than book any houses with Mapkhan gruop...
