[Resolved]  MTNL / 3G Internet Data Card — INTERNET SPEED ONLY 20KBPS IN PLACE 3.6MBPS

I purchased your 3G internet data card on 23.07.10 from Najafgarh and it was told me that its speed would be 3.6MBPS, but I did not get this much its speed is only in 10 to 20 kbps because of 3G is not working in Najafgarh. if it can not provided 3.6 MBPS speed in Najafgarh than it has to ban on sale on Najafgarh and it is a data card so this can be move in Najafgarh also.

Kindly allow me compensation for inconvenience.

So kindly do help me about this ASAP
