Every time bill not recieved and area officer not give printed bill they say that computers are faulted they say call on 1504 for information on calling 1504 they say we can only tell you about bill amount we cannot tell you how to pay bill without bill ask your area officers about this area officers say you can pay your bill by cheque by writting your landline number on it after submiting bill as they said they cut our connection after some days without informing us they say your connection is temporarily disconnected due to non payment of bill after asking about cheque we submit at area office they say cheque is gone from us then they say you check your bank entry if bill amount is cut by your account come to us will will ask mtnl to reconnect your broadband and landline connection after checking bank entry amout of bill is already cut from our account and they also cut our connection after telling about this to area officer they say that we ask mtnl to reconnect your both connection and it takes 2-3 days to reconnect our connection due to this bill payment is always late and bill fine is added and after paying of both late fee and bill fee they also cut our both connection.In bawana area bill never recieved and the computers in area office are also faulted every time due to this they did not give us printed bill due to this late fee is also added after this they also cut our connection.
