[Resolved] MTNL Broadband (Delhi) — Modem Link Light blinking - and connection fluctuates | |
Sir, Sub: MTNL Broadband Connection on Phone No.[protected] I am totally fed up with making complaints and MTNL Broadband connection. My Broadband was down form last 2 weeks (i.e. from 5 Feb, 2010). I had made too many complaints on Customer Care No.1504, 198 and 197. Everytime I made a complaint, they only give complaint /Docket No. After that, only few calls came from the exchange asking whether the Internet connection is now working or not. I wondered how the problem will get solve when nobody comes to rectify it? And after about 6-7 calls the local area exchange automatically updates the call status as SOLVED, rather actually they even not get the pain to come and see the problem. One day I caught a line man and requested him to sort out the problem and he went somewhere and cured the problem. Now my problem is that my broadband connection keep fluctuating within every 30 mintes i.e. I am not able to access internet constantly. I have made so many complaint about it but MTNL people gives only complaint no./Docket No. as usually instead doing anything. So, I kindly request you to do the needful at earlist...otherwise MTNL people have no right to talk about 3G technology even when they can't handle Broadbands VINOD KUMAR Was this information helpful? | |
