MTNL Broadband 512kbps Unlimited Complaints & Reviews - Not getting speed of 512 kbps

Hi Sir,

I have taken a Broadband connection from MTNL on 17th of july 2012. My plan is 512 kbps Unlimited Plan.
User Id is: 01128566145
Name: SACHIN
my MTNL connection so I am getting only 100-120 kbps speed. I already make a complaint on 1504 customer care and as well on send mail to bbspeed@bol.net.in.
Or otherwise if i got the speed of 512 kbps, .. sir pls. solve this problem.
