[Resolved] MTNL — misbehave of coustomer care executive on my no [protected] | |
Respected sir, i m very sad and angry too much because of last night behaviour of ccs by the time of 23:15 pm in mtnl i respectly asked him "sir i want to activate gprs in my connection "he asked me how much balance i had presently, i told him that i dont know exactly then he said that when u had more than 50 rs then call us then i said plz gave me full information about my asked question but he ignored to give it when i told him y then he said "agar apko jayada ata hye toh aap meri jagah pe aake baith jaiye " then i told what the hell r u talking how r u talking then this person couldnt understand wat was i said him in english he couldnt get it then i as k him hindi and also warned him if he did so then i will go for a complaint against u then this illiterate person said abruptly "jo kar sakta hye woh kar le" and also told his name very ideately suman then i dissconnect my call and try to ask my problem from another one but up to 20 min no one was there to recieve my call. SO sir if in this way these persons doing their duty then how we general people use best service of mtnl because of this type of irresponsible person using their vulgar to handle us so i want that u take hard action against this type of ideat person i hope u will do for us, my no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
