I have been on the Trib599 plan for close to a year now and last month decided to move to the 256 kbps unlimited plan. I called up 1500 who gave me a token no T[protected] and stated that the plan would change from May 01, 2009. On May 04 when I checked with them they stated that since I had lodged my request before the payment of the outstanding bill of the current month they had not completed the process but since the bill was subsequently paid they will update the records and confirm to me on my mobile. Today when I call them on 1500 the call is deliberately disconnected atleast hald a dozen times before some has the time to give you the details. I was informed that the same has been confirmed but I need to call on 1504 to recheck the same.
When I call 1504 the telephone is connected and the receiver just disconnects the call before you get a chance to speak to them. I also tried to go online and check on the site if I could get details of my plan. But when I input the telephone number and the CA number it states that this is INVALID.
I am now at my wits end and have no idea what needs to be done to ensure that the process is completed and would be grateful if someone could give some idea to go about. Was this information helpful? |
