[Resolved]  MTNL — Speed To low No Problmes taking care Etc.

Sir, I am having MTNL Broadband Connection with Land line phone[protected] and my Customer id is [protected].I am using the broadband With plan 599 combo which is allow to me Unlimited Surf net +Downloading With 256Kb/s Speed Which's mentioned By MTNL Plan Cat log,Now From 10/9/2009 To till date My Downloading Speed To Much Low like 10 to 20kb/s.I have'd also many times Complaint Reg. To MTNL Customer Care Number (1504) with Number[protected],But their C.Care People also Daily Lying to me they said that UR Compliant will resolved with-in 24Hr,But it's not resolved so far,and i have'd also Compliant to AREA MANAGER many times By Mail Both of AREA SERVICE MANAGER and B.B. Customer Care.But i am facing so many kinds of problem.Plz resolve my Problme
