Hi, I have been using the MTNL internet since a month and found that the internet speed is very slow, I took the plan of 256Kbps and getting the speed of 120Kbps only and called 1504 several times but no response. and when I try to open www.microsoft.com. I am not able to browse the microsoft web site too, even I am not able to login to windows messenger or login to hotmail.com. I have called about this problem but there is no response from MTNL. my number is 27325396. I think MTNL is not taking its customers seriously. Regards Agrim Grover Was this information helpful? Hi,
from last 2 years i am using MTNL,
They have really pathetic service even after frequent complaints for the speed they don't bother to look after it, i have taken plan of 512 unlimited but it comes just 256 or sometime max to 300 kb/s . Even sent them scrrenshot of the speed shown by there own speed tracker but they have same reply server down or its upto 512kb/s you are getting 256 its more than enough for u

MTNL has failed to get my internet services started even after a month. They at times give a call and sya somebody will come but nobody turns up. I have heard from others that they are waiting to get something else they will not do it. they never refuse to do .but they never do.my number is 26153598. I guess there is no accountability in MTNL. Mera Telephone Nahi Lagta seems a good accronym for MTNL.

Hi,
I have been using the MTNL internet since from five months and found that the internet speed is very slow, I took the plan of 320Kbps and getting the speed of less than 30 kbsec while downloading and every time its disconnected while using.my number is 27663639.

hi my landline no.is 26285706 .since last 10 days, no internet connection is available. I have called more than 25 times to Customer care and GM as well. But still there is no resolution i got. Kindly Give the proper resolution ASAP so that i can continue your service further. I became irate n i w'd discontinue your service if i didn't get solution by tomorrow.
