my telephone no 23360042 with broadband connection is out of order since 24/05/08, i lodged several complaints to 23356666 and 1504(help line) every time i receive a call that AAP KA PHONE TIK HAI, but my phone was ok but broadband was out order no connectivity. on last saturday one gentleman from mtnl guided me over telephone and reset the connection but it was unfortunate after 20 min it became same. on very that day i again contacted with 1504 postion no 240 gave me a complaint no 410000 and told me that my broad band modem will be changed on monday. i waited but no person came, not only that from today my telephone became dead, at today evening i agian contacted 1504 postion no. 3 gave a complaint no. 41601071 and told on tuesday person will come to my residence. when i asked what about last complaint, he told he has no information. again i contacted with 23356666 they gave me again a complaint no 298. how many complaint no i have to remember. with this the position no, 3 of 1504 advised me to contact with local area manager the no, 23320160 but the phone was ringing, i think he left for home at 5 pm



sir will u take some steps to restore my broadband connetion, last 10 days it is out of i think bill will come as usual..

i have a MTNL land line phone but last one month its not working. i was complaint many time but no response i complaint on 198 no. my ph. no. is 29964338 & complaints no. is may-32, jun-4- (322), jun-14 (72)

MY TELEPHONE NUMBAER IN 26797503 IT IS DEAD PLEASE ATTEND THE COMPLAINT.

IT IS FACT THAT THE SERVICE OF THE MTNL BROADBAND IS VERY AWFUL

I am facing the probles for the lst 1-2 month and made a complaint lots of time even a written complaint is also mail to the customer care but no single responce i got from them.

I donot not why MTNL launch IP TV while the TEAM of MTNL is not capable to handle even a single complaint of Broadband connection.

following is the perfoma which i mailed to MTNL.
If any one going to use the service of MTNL i will suggess him don`t go to the MTNL better try other ISP like SIFY, BHARTI, HATCHBACK etc.

To whomever it may concern
I request you kindly give a kind attention to figure out to
eradicate the pesky service of MTNL broadband Customer care.

Following are the points which harasses me during make a contact with
the customer care executive at the help line No. "1504"

#1 Excessive time consumption to contact a Customer care executive.
#2. When the bell ring after waiting a long time the executive pick the phone and put it side
#3. The attitude and the behavior of executives are not a professional.
#4. No action has been done in prescribed / given time by customer care executives also no follow up is conducted to know the status of the complaint.

There may lot of other types of problems but mainly I have observed the above said points. To prove my words I request you kindly try to contact on this help line No. (Between different time intervals) and feel the actual picture.

Moreover, I would like to tell you that there is some problem in my broadband connection for the last one month (Frequent Link down of ADSL) and I have did complaint on this issue and as a result I got a phone call and the caller says that has had rectified the problem and Now it will work fine.

But Nothing improved, Once again I did complaint on 06.07.08 with comp. No. 41600609 and I have get a reply that Digital signals are week in my line and it will be resolved within 24 Hrs. but till now I have not get any visit or any single call from your service Engg.
I hope that you will take some concrete action to resolve my problem and
will try to give a better service to your clients instead of enjoying
the reputation of MTNL in the market.

I had been using Mtnl triband combo unlimited pack from 2 months.My number is 27442404.From last 2 weeks instead of 256 kbps i am experiencing a speed of just 20-30 kbps.I had several times complained about the same on Mtnl customer support, but no action had been taken in this regard.Please help me out of this situation.

U R ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. AS THE DEPT. IS HAVING SUCH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CLIENTS. THEY R VERY LAZY. THEY COME LATE & GO BEFORE TIME. AS I HAD SAME PROBLEM AS I APPLIED FOR BROADBAND THE LINE MAN CAME & DID HIS DUTY & AFTER THE LINE WAS CONNECTED THE ENGINEER CAME AFTER 8- 10 DAYS THAT ALSO AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS. STILL THE NET WAS NOT ACTIVATED & ATER RIGOROUS COMPLAINTS THEY NOW SAY THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING & THE LINE IS CONCEALED & WE HAVE TO BEAR THE EXPENSES I[censored] WANT THE ACTIVATION.

sir my telephone no is 27421494 . my broadband sometimes connect sometimes not . when it connects in middle it stops . i called 1504 there no one pics up the phone, by chance if he pics he do not speaks. sir i have called supervisor also he never pics up the phone too. sir u tell me what should i do, should i change the broadband.
