MTNL — Non activation of Broadband

I applied for One India connection with Broadband facility. Telephone was installed with telephone No[protected] and at the time of installation I was told that broadband will be activated in two days but after lapse of two weeks and speaking to customer care and SDO concerned a number of times, Broadband has not been activated till date. I request the concerned authorities to look into it.

Hi, I recently got MTNL broadband connection. For changing the password I need the CA number. Please mail me my CA number immediately. My landline number is 26925235

MTNL — Mtnl broadband not installed

I applied for MTNL unlimited broadband connection on 04.02.09. The application reference is 45500036. I was promised that within a week both telephone and internet connection will be installed and working. After a week the documents were collected and the installation charges taken by cash. Then after waiting for another week the telephone (number[protected] was installed on 13.02.09. I was informed internet modem will be installed in next 3 days.
Since then i am waiting and till now no modem has been installed. I have called each and every number possible. Called 1500/1504/197 and local sector exchange. The response one gets simply pathetic. Noone is ready to listen. They are ill-mannered and simply gives me another number to call which most of the time doesnt work.
I am really frustrated about this and reached the stage where i want to cancel the services now.

MTNL — Broadband Usage- inserted usage on back dates

Dear Sir,

I am using MTNL broadband internet since Nov, 2008. In the month of February 2009 every time I visit their site to view usage details, it showed correct details about present day usage, however I observed a lot o[censored]sage logs (with heavy usage, say 25 or 50 MBs) inserted in back dates. That means if yesterday I had seen total use of 1400 MB till the date during February, today it would show, say, three login times with a total of say 10 MB usage during the day. But the total usage would jump to 1750 MB instead of 1410 MB. When I compared the csv files of 23 Feb and 25 Feb, I saw a large number of back date entries in the login details with heavy downloads and uploads. I wrote to helpdesk on 25th and agin on 28th Feb (last day of the month), nothing happened, rather bigger jumps in Total Usage on subsequent days followed.

I am totally frustrated as it crossed my monthly free use of 2560 MB to a hopping 4800 MB even though I used internet extra cautiously on subsequent days. Where should I complain, or should I wait till the bill come? Please help!

MTNL — Non working of Internet, IPTV & Telephone services.

Hi,

I am using MTNL services for internet, IPTV & landline services on my no. 28284306. My internet & IPTV services were not working from 5th feb, 2009 for which i had complined at various places but got no answer. Now they have disconnect my Landline services also from past 2 days.

Please help me in solving the above problem, i am facing a lot of problems because of this as all my business is working on net & landline.

MTNL — MTNL VOIP SERVICE

I had taken connection of VOIP, IPTV and Broadband on my above phone and I am paying for it to you but I am sorry to say that IPTV i not working from the day I had taken nor VOIP, Broadband is working properly since last 2-3 months. Till Now I was complaning over phone to "AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED" who is your consumer support, but I did not reiceived any response them. Till today VOPI, IPTV and Broadband are not working. As IPTV was not working I had written a letter to MTNL for cancelling the same but it is not yet cancelled and I am paying you monthly Rs.453/- for above services without getting services.

Please see look into the matter and see that above services get started at the earliest failing I have to approach to consumer court.

NEED TO WAIVE OFF ALL THE CHARGES SINCE PHONE IS DEAD, TO START THE PHONE

MTNL — poor connection

my net is not working properly from last 4 days and also my landline is not working properly...my net get disconnected very frequently..

i am fed up with MTNL as my net is not working from the date i availed the connection it only works for 15 min and again gets disconected. i tried to contact the area manager of my location ie. ganesh nagar but he told me that he was not responsible for my problem.Plz help me out.

I have been using MTNL Garuda (WLL) i have been using facing lot of problem since beginning .
Now the instrument has developed the technical problem. and its battery has worst working condition .
I want the instrument to changed.

MTNL — IPTV Services Rendered by MTNL

Sir,

I, ve been a MTNL landline customer (no[protected] Since 1991. In July 2008 IPTV services were launched by MTNL and I appplied for the same and post the payment of Rs 1600 the Services were deployed at my Residence 26/57 Punjabi Bagh West. The Service was causing problems from day 1 itself and n number of calls were made to MTNL and we were informed that since IPTV Services for MTNL were provided by third party hence no[protected] was shared With us for any complaints. The agony has been initiated and despite more Than 60 calls and 3-4 visits by The Company Engineers the situation was Status Quo and we called up at all levels in MTNL and they were rude and totally non responsive and NON-COOPERATIVE .In Sep 2008 finally We had requested for the Disconnection and which finally got matured In Feb 2009. Till then I had to pay a monthly fee of rs 450 or so and a one time fee of rs 600 was also levied on my Bill. and despite n no of complaits to MTNL till date no amount has been rembuirsed to me. Henceforth i want to lodge a case in Consumer court against MTNL and want my Money to be rembuirsed with Intersest and penalty and compensation against the agony they caused me. I want a compensation of Rs 100000 which I'll be giving it to a charity .
