[Resolved]  MTNL — CA number

Due to very bad experience with your Broadband connection, your customer care and overall services, I am skipping to another best option. Therefore I request you to please co-operate me and please disconnect my broadband and telephone connection by considering the date of application.

MTNL — mtnl email service not working

our mtnl eamil service . that is [protected]@bol.net.in is not working for the past one month. more than four times a complaint has been registered with there executives.there has been no response from there side. further more the executives keep giving different numbers to call on, and our very arrogant and unprofesional, even using foul language.

MTNL Broadband — Broadband Not installed

I have applied for MTNL Delhi Broadband on May 5 2009 on my Phone 26641887. Till today( 8 June 2009), the broadband has not been installed.
Why it is not installed ?
How can i get the compensation for this delay

I too had applied for the combo pack. Though the land line is working, the broadband installation is still to be completed and set up As a result, my inter net is not working nor has there been any response to my several call for the same

the broadband is always down in our area sometimes the quality of voice is good but many a times there is lot of eckoh
pls get the lines in our area covered with boxes as they are exposed and not neatly places public can hamper with the connections.

MTNL — Please disconnect

MTNL broadband does not connect even after several futile attempts.I hope that the related authorities will look into my grievance or the second option will be to discontinue the services of this broadband immediately

I have complaint to MTNL for so many time that internet is not working properly for more then 6 to 8 month i have call so many time also but no action has been taken yet i had talk with Bhandup (w) head Mr. Sharma but he says that it will solve but not any single step has been taken and even though i am paying my bill on before due date .
So please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.

MTNL — Telephone 26043125 Dead

This is to inform you that my telephone no.26043125 is dead from the past 45 days and no action has been taken by the concerned department inspite of registering many complaints.

Kindly look into the matter so as to make my telephone functional today itself.

I am fed up with the poor services of MTNL.

MTNL — Wrong Number

HI

This is to inform you that we are having MTNL phone number from 1990. Now few days back MTNL phone was not working and we have louged complain against that. When it start working we came to know that the phone number was changed. Our earlier phone number was 25937020 and when it start working it get changed .

Kindly look into this issue.

MTNL — NETWORK STRENGTH

Dear sir,
I am a resident of Sadiq Nagar, New delhi.i have 2 Pre-paid mtnl Trump connections.For the past 1 week our area is facing serious network problem.The Tower of our area is not working which inturn results in low signal.the signal from the nearby areas are not strong enough to make/receive call...even one can't send an sms...i have lodged the complain with the Call Centre(1503) but all in vein.I have also complained to the higher autorities regarding this but they are also lingering on the problem to one another...
I am confident that the higher authorities may notice the problem and rectify it...

I read through all the complaints and wanted to get to you knowledge that the CA number can be found at your MTNL telephone bill.
The CA number is written as Consumer No. on top...
It is a 10 digit number.

MTNL — BROADBAND NOT WORKING.

MTNL BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST ONE AND HALF MONTHS. INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS MADE, NO ONE HAS COME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
