MTNL — TRIBAND WIFI

APPLIED FOR WIFI IN OCTOBER AND FOLLOWED UP REGULARLY. NOW THE OFFICER SAYS WIFI IS PENDING FROM JANUARY 2011 SINCE THERE IS A DISPUTE IN MTNL ABOUT THE NUMBER OF MODEMS ISSUED TO THE SECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!
SINCE THE BABUS ARE DISPUTING NO WORK IS BEING DONE FOR SO MANY MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!

SHALL WE WAIT FOR LOKPAL TO BE PASSED???????

It is very true. MTNL has worst network coverage. You can get, NETWORK ERROR, COMPLETELY NO SIGNAL, CALL DROP, POOR VOICE QUALITY and OUT OF COVERAGE ARE messages etc. etc. in Delhi. They need 15 days to port mobile number on their network. 48 hours prescribed by TRAI. MTNL means - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

MTNL — internet problem

i have repeatedly complained to the mtnl authorities regarding the LIMITED ACCESS problem faced by our mtnl connection.inspite of official assistance the problem still remains the same. kindly look into the matter at the ernest.

MTNL — call received about excess billing

Today we received phone call on landline tel.no.[protected] stating to be from the customer care of MTNL that there is broad band user bill of Rs.16888.00. In this context we like to inform you that we seldom use internet from the captioned telephone no. 26516417, and the telephone/broadband bill upto December, 2011 is already been paid. Accordingly you are requested to look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

MTNL — No Rent-Rebate of fault period of 27602649

The telephone 27602649 has remained faulty for more than 15 days in the month of June & July 2012, therefore MTNL was requested to disconnect the phone. But it has not been disconnected, moreover, Rent-rebate has not been considered in the june, 2012 bill.

MTNL — Phone & Broadband not Working

We have lodged complaint about Dead Phone on 21.08.12 vide complaint No. 334 but no one attended that complaint. Broadband connected to this phone is also not working. I do not know where to go and escalate this. Please help.

MTNL — Pathetic provision of internet facilities

I have MTNL Wi-Fi connection at my home (telephone no.[protected] and its malfunctioning from the past half a month.

I have registered my complaint many times but still no action have been taken. From the past 1-2 week, I have been calling MTNL customer care helpline everyday to force them to take action. Everytime I'm assured that the problem will be recitified within the next 24 hours but even after a week, its still troubling a lot and no appropriate action have been taken.

MTNL is not serving me to the satisfaction and not providing the services I'm entitled to in the plan. I'm fed up of registering complaints and forcing MTNL executives to take action. The complaint handling system shows no response and addresses the grievances pathetically.

very disrupting connection of your broadband ....i have complained many times but there is no response from your side yet....plz take away your connection back if not to response of my complaint otherwise i would make a legal action.....
